1. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
A return authorization number is required from OnlineCookwareSets.com before returning any merchandise.
Please send an e-mail at Contact@OnlineCookwareSets.com to ask for the return authorization number. Without this number, merchandise shipped cannot be accepted. This return authorization number has to be written on all cartons being returned.
Total credit, 100%, will be allowed.
2. NON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
A return authorization number is required from OnlineCookwareSets.com before returning any non-defective merchandise that should be shipped freight prepaid.
Please send an e-mail at Contact@OnlineCookwareSets.com to ask for the return authorization number. Without this number, merchandise shipped cannot be accepted. This return authorization number has to be written on all cartons being returned.
If the product is not damaged as received, a 20% handling and restocking charge will apply.
If returned merchandise needs to be repackaged due to damage to the carton, 50% credit will be allowed.
3. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If the product is damaged no credit will be issued.
